My 93 year old mother fell in the middle of the night and broke her shoulder. Fortunately, she was wearing her Bay Alarm and was able to push the button and get help. Bay Alarm contacted me and then my mother's neighbor so he could go over to be with her until I arrived. They also called an ambulance. This all happened at 2am. Without Bay Alarm, my mother would have laid on the floor for hours until someone arrived the next morning. She has used Bay Alarm 3 times in the past 6 months. I am thankful for the great service that Bay Alarm provides! I don't know what we would do without it!

After I fell down and had a severe concussion,I decided that I needed a Life Alert to help me if I had another fall. I have called like alert every month as instructed to check if the system was working.It was always working. I now feel relieved that I can call if I have an emergency and receive the help I need.I am now 84,so this is important to me.I can recommend this service to all Senior Citizens.

For a business that is seeking to provide a much needed service, I feel the attitude is about "making a buck" first and foremost. I guess that is the American way. Sad actually.

Another year, and yet, another save, or 20. I cannot count the number of times a 93 year old can fall. I also cannot count the number of times the same can fall, and not have to be rescued by emergency services. It's mid day, or late at night, and the phone rings, it's Bay Alarm calling. ******* has fallen they say, she is OK and sounds fine, but she cannot get up on her own. Are you nearby or should we alert emergency services? I can run up there real quick, it will be about 10 minutes to get there and I will contact 911 if necessary. OK Sir, have a good day and thanks for using Bay Alarm Medical. Sometimes, just the voice on the other end of the speaker gives her what she needs to get up and continue her day, other times it takes a little more. Regardless, I know when she hits that button, the right things will happen. We WILL use these services until she is no longer with us as they have proven themselves over and over again. Thanks Bay!

it comforts me to know there just a button away if my parents need them

This program is truly a God send! My mom is 90 (will be 91 in December) and wears her bracelet as a "bauble" 24/7! She even wants to wear it out as we shop. All the faux pas that have occurred, Bay Alarm has been "on it" within seconds - however, since my mom is hearing impaired, it's sometimes difficult for her to hear their response. I just tell her to holler, "I'm okay." That seems to work. Thanks, Bay, for providing the protection both my mom and I can count on!!

Delivery very good & installation very simple. Customer service excellent. Only have had this about 2 months one time response very good! Very satisfactory overall!

I have used Bay Alarm Medical for my Mother In Law for 2 years. The quality of the product is great but the best part of this is the timely service, the operators who are friendly, helpful but direct in getting emergency information when button or alarm pushed.
