The peace of mind knowing that my mom has her "panic button" on is awesome. She has an acre of land the system worked perfectly earlier this year when she fell in the yard and couldn't get up. Bay Alarm contacted the police, and fire departments as well as me! The fireman helped her get up and into the house, and the police let me know that she was okay and not injured. I think all seniors living alone, or even if they live with another frail senior should have a medical alarm. You never know when something might happen!

It is great to know that Bay alarm medical is there when my mother is alone in the house. When we initially received the system, it was easy to hook up. We tested the call center with both the base unit and her wrist unit. The responders answered immediately and answered our questions about the system. I also chose this system because although it was one of the least expensive systems, the square feet covered was larger than most systems. We are both very happy with the Bay Alarm Medical system and have recommended it to others.

We had not used the alarm system since its installation January 2014. But when my husband fell in early October, my first thought was to press the Help button. I was extremely panicked as he had hit his head and was bleeding profusely from a deep gash. I could not begin to lift him, and was afraid to try anyway, not knowing if he had broken bones or something worse. After two minutes of waiting I called Help again and was assured paramedics were on the way. I would guess our total wait time was no more than five minutes, although it seemed much longer at the time. Two female paramedics checked out my husband thoroughly and said he would have to go to ER for head wound, but otherwise he was ok. Bay Alarm also notified our two daughters so I did not have to make calls to them. It was and is a great comfort to have the alarm system, as my husband has ALS and we never know when special help may be necessary.

Thank you for always standing by to help my mom in case she needs it when we are not with her. Since our dad died one year ago this month, our mom (his wife of almost 55 years) has seemed so helpless and child-like. Your service has given her some confidence again when she is alone. I did a lot of research on line when we decided my mother needed a medical alert system. From ordering the device, to receiving it with a couple of days, setting up and testing the product, and, most importantly, getting the professional and timely response when my mother really needed it. I was so impressed, I ordered a device for my mother-in-law too.

Since we installed Bay Alarm - a giant sigh of relief stays with both my husband and me when I have to leave him home alone. He has limited mobility & having his " safety necklace" around his neck provides amazing reassurance that he is never really alone. Bay Alarm has removed that anxiety.

We use Bay Alarm Medical for my 86 year old mother who lives alone in her own home. Mom has had to use the service several times, and each time, Bay Alarm had an ambulance at her home very quickly. It gives us all comfort knowing that when my mother can't reach us in an emergency, she can depend on Bay Alarm.

I'm a Chicago Fire fighter and growing up we all saw the "Ive fallen and can't get up" commercial. I always thought it was BS until I was on the job. And people due use them and we get the calls instantly. So I bought one for my father since mom passed last November. He has COPD and a bad heart valve. The service couldn't hear him talking in the background but sent a Ambo anyway. They called everyone on the emergency call list. Great Product!! Only suggestion is to get your info on the caller ID. When they called I didn't answer because I didn't recognize a Utah number.
