I am so thankful for Bay Alarm I have been using them for about six months now, I got it for my mom she is prone to falling. She has had to use her button several times within these months and Bay Alarm has always been there, I can truly count on them. They are quick to respond and always kind and courteous. This also gives my mom peace of mind knowing she will always be able to get in touch with someone. It was easy to set up the equipment and everything has worked just fine. We are new to all of this need for an emergency button. I researched the heck out of all of the services I could find because I wanted one that my mother in law could go outside the house and in her yard and still be within call distance. The distance range on this unit is excellent. We went ahead and got her both the braclet and the necklace one. The necklace for the shower and the bracelet to wear discretly in the house. When setting up the unit, customer service could not have been better. So polite and patient. Highly recommend this company.
