I researched life alert systems and Bay Alarm seemed to be the best choice . I have accidentally triggered the system ( the cat stood on the button) and they responded right away. I know if I need help they are available. I like the option of the lockbox for the keys so the door doesn't t have to be broken down. I like being able to cancel without penalty. I like being able to get a device for my husband for an additional fee but we are both protected. All in all this system beats the other well known but more expensive brands.

My mom has been using Bay Alarm Medical for over 2yrs and it has saved her life and for that it's worth all the money in the world. The service is exceptional and the voice on the other end is always calm and caring. They even let you know if the battery is getting low and send a new button within a couple of days. Plus the security it gives my mom is unbelievable, she feels safe and never alone.

We not only received the original equipment in a timely manner but was relieved to be notified when the battery was going low. We had to order the new battery from them, but they replaced it fast for free! Bay Alarm responds quickly and are very helpful. Now if we could just get our dad to wear the alarm on a regular basis!
