I'm living in an assisted living home so you wouldn't think I would need an alarm such as this but it has been a life saver twice while I've lived here. We have strings to pull when we need help, however, they are only available in certain spots in our apartments. I fell in an area were I could not reach one to pull and laid wedged between a couch and my wheelchair until a person passing by in the hall heard me yelling for help. I got my alarm since that time and have used it twice when the string alarm malfunctioned when I needed help. It gives me real peace of mind.

I purchased Bay Alarm Medical last year for my 90-year-old mother, who lives alone in her house two miles from mine. When she had to have surgery and needed to recuperate at my house, they quickly and easily relocated her service to my house and phone number. Staff were extremely courteous and professional. I would refer anyone to their service.

Signed up for my mother who is elderly and lives alone. I was worried something would happen and nobody would know about it. Even checking in daily she could potentially be laying helpless for who knows how long if something were to happen. I did a ton of research before deciding on Bay Alarm. I chose them for the great ratings and also ease of use. My mom is not great with directions and is beginning to get a little forgetful and confused so the unit just having one giant red help button to push was a big deciding factor. The unit itself is easy to use and connects right away to the people at Bay Alarm who are friendly and helpful. Very happy with my choice and the peace of mind that came along with it is priceless.

I enrolled my 92-year-old grandmother, who lives by herself, with Bay Alarm Medical. It is easy for her to figure out, I feel confident in the product's ability to alert EMS in the event of a health issue, and I feel much more comfortable with her living by herself. THANK YOU!

Bay Alarm has excellent service and helpful, friendly people on call. My mother has accidentally set hers off twice and the staff at Bay Alarm have been wonderful to her. She recently fell and had to push the button for the first time for a real emergency and the SERVICE WAS ALL HANDLED VERY VERY WELL. We obtained the Bay Alarm device for my father-in-law who is 88. What most impresses us is that it is usable to 1,000 feet, while some competitors's units only go to 100 feet! We also like that it is waterproof.

I can't believe what peace of mind my necklace has given me. I no longer am afraid to walk to the mailbox. I am awaiting two knee replacements and I think if I didn't have my alarm, I would never venture out of my house. It has been a godsend. A couple of days ago my power was out about four hours and then the phone rang and it was Bay Alarm Co. asking if I was OK and did I need any help.very much appreciated that gesture. Having Bay Area Alarm monitoring my aunt and her friend gave us great peace of mind. My aunt had taken a few falls, and her friend was on oxygen.
