My only comment is that directions for testing the system directs the user to set RESET button after calling, but when I did so I was told by phone not to do that...just make test call.

I live on a 6 acre track all alone. The closes neighbor is about 5 miles away. It is a true comfort knowing I can reach someone for help within seconds. I tested the range of the pendent and wrist unit and found there is no spot on my 6 acres that doesn't reach my receiver. Bay Alarm Medical have been a God send! They are always polite, professional, attentive and understanding! I bought two lanyards, one for my mom and one for my dad for when he is outside working because my mom cannot get outside by herself and if he was in need of help she would not be able to get to him. I live states away and am so relieved to have this alarm system for them. Praise God they have not had to use it, but knowing they have it to use is such a blessing. Thanks Bay Alarm Medical!

so far so good...bought this for my Mom based on its ratings...billing has been on time...not taken earlier than expected. Asked her if she was wearing it and of course "Its right on my bureau if I need it" Hah! ... I knew it ...had to educate her again as it took me a couple years just for her to somewhat agree to me getting it for her! Hopefully she is now wearing it as I am states away & can not check. When first installed it did not allow her phone # to display when she called out but that was resolved quickly.
