I have accidentally pushed my alarm button and I always get a call within minutes to find out if I'm alright. I have MS, live alone, and a fall can be disastrous but I trust that Bay Alarm will be there to alert EMS if I need them to. And, it's the most affordable, trustworthy service out there.

I have been with Bay Medical for the last several years and have to say that they have been there, without fail to get me help whenever I've needed it. When searching for extra help in caring for my mother who lives along, I came across information on Bay Mobile from a Health Fair my mom had attended. Skeptical of so many aids available I put it over in a pile to review later. After looking over the material and seeing how easy it was to apply and begin using it was my choice. I really liked the easy installation process. We have used Bay Mobile twice in the two years we have had it. Needless to say the cost was also a strong factor in purchasing. Bay Alarm is usually there for us when we need them. There was one time that their system was not working with our phone provider, but that issue was resolved once they discovered there was a problem. Great people to work with.
