I purchased the medical alert bracelet for my 89 year old mom. We tested it when we received it and do monthly testing. The attendant responded within minutes. There was a couple incident when my mother accidentally hit the button, the company followed the list of contacts provided exactly contacting my siblings. I also purchased the lock box for emergency purposes which turned out to be of great help to us. Sometimes my mom would forget the key and we get locked out, or 1 of my siblings come by and she's out with another. This is a reliable company and I am very happy with the service. I have a better peace of mind knowing she's all alone but help is not far away. Thank you.

My mom was dusting, and pressed the alarm on the bedside monitor. Even though she tried to say it was a mistake, they couldn't understand what she was saying, so I was called. This gave us confidence to know that it works! Thank you, Bay Alarm!

I THINK THE SYSTEM IS VERY EASY TO SET UP. WHEN WE TESTED IT THERE WAS FAST RESPONSE TO THE ALERT. REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. GIVES US GREAT PEACE OF MIND KNOWING OUR LOVE ONE IS PROTECTED. I CONSIDER IT A WONDERFUL INVESTMENT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS PEACE OF MIND ABOUT A LOVED ONE.

The Bay Alarm Medical system we had for over a year to protect my mother in law was awesome. She had to use a few times and the response was always timely, I would recommend this to anyone who has an elderly person who lives alone and needs this extra protection.

I don't do well at testing the system as I'm supposed to do, but when I have BAM is always there, and that's a good feeling.
