I have had great experience with Bay Alarm Medical. Luckily, I have not had a medical emergency; however, I have had great experience with their customer service. The machine malfunctioned, and an alert was falsely sent and I was not receiving transmission from the base machine. My daughter was called promptly, reassuring me that if there had been a problem, I would have received attention very quickly. Once the false alarm was called off, Bay Alarm worked with us to remedy the problem with the base very quickly. Bay Alarm is very reasonably priced and has no hidden fees for set up or equipment. I definitely recommend.

Being a son that lives thousands of miles away from my mother Bay Alarms services relieves my concern and stress. Even though I talk with my mother every morning on the way to work. I feel much better knowing if anything happens while she's home she's just a touch away from getting help. Thanks Bay Alert for being their when I cant.

I got this System 3 Yeats ago for my mother. Does everything it is suppose to do. She is 94 and lives by herself and gives us peace of mind. Recent got another system for my mother in law who is 88. She had to use it and just like for my monshe stayed on the line talking to us until the paramedics were inside . every time they asked if we wanted them to stay on the line. Would never switch. They do what we have the system for. I rate it a 6 on a 5 star scale. Wayne dalton

Several years ago, our mother suffered a stroke. A mild one, but a stroke just the same. What made this more stressful is that she lives alone in South Carolina and the rest of the family lives in New York City.
