My mom has had this service for a few years now. The customer service people at the dispatch center are always prompt, helpful and courteous when we run period testing and when we have accidentally hit the button on the pendant. The service gives me great peace of mind and is affordable.

System has been great. One issue is making sure it is reset after a false alarm so it is ready for the next call.

The emergency call-for-help service is great. My husband is on disability and we have had to call for help one or two times. I'm so thankful we have it. What I wasn't happy about is I don't remember being asked about purchasing insurance and when I had a problem with the unit I was told I would have to pay for this on AND a new one. That's really a scam. It's too much trouble to deal with going with another company - so I will continue with Bay. One day the unit stopped working I called and asked for help. Thats when I found out about the insurance and my lack of options. I asked why would a unit that sits on my table not being moved or anything have problems that are considered my fault. I didn't do anything, and if there was a power surge that is an act of God or ComEd. The service department told me their units NEVER go down BUT I could send it back, pay the hundreds of dollars for the unit, have it looked at and IF it was discovered to be a defect, my money would be returned. Otherwise, I'm out the money and a replacement unit and have to pay for another unit. We went through all the steps of unplugging and possible solutions without success. I was so frustrated I unpluged the unit and left it on my counter until I could return the unit. The next day I decided to try again and the unit has been working since. But I'm still disappointed with the way the service department handled it and their attitude with me. The call for help service is great - Your service Policy is horrible. sad but keeping the service. Too much trouble with a sick family member to deal with this. I also had prepaid for a couple of months and wouldn't be getting any money back. another Scam...

I would recommend the Bay Alarm Medical alert product to anyone looking for some additional peace of mind for their parents or elderly relatives. My mother in law lives alone and is 45 minutes away from us. To help be sure that she is able to get medical or emergency attention if needed we set her up with the Bay Alarm Medical Alert product and we all feel better. Should she need assistance it is close at hand and we will also be notified so we can respond. Great system, easy to use and affordable.

Although I have only had to call for help once, I was so thankful they were at my finger tips! My wife was at work and I had fallen,couldn't get up so I pushed the button for help, Bay Alarm answered me within seconds,called my wife, and help was on the way. Ambulance with very knowledgeable workers were at my home within minutes. They actually were there before my wife got home. I was very weak... They assessed me, got me up ,and assisted me to my chair...all were very professional and so helpful. Thank goodness I did not require transfer to emergency room, at this point they left the decision to my wife and I. They offered to come back whenever needed.. We are so thankful we have Bay Medical!!

I signed my mother up to Bay Alarm Medical close to 2 years ago. Im that time period I have only had occasion to call them 3 times. Each and every call was a good experience. Kind and courteous personnel. I know that my mother's life is in good hands. I would recommend this service unconditionally to anyone and everyone.

Our family has been using Bay Alarm to monitor our elderly mother for several months. We had one emergency when she accidently rolled over on her device. There was an immediate response and paramedics responded in minutes. We had a key lock box on the door for entry. Bay Alarm also contacted her son and my wife and I immediately. I gave a reference to my friend and he got the system for his elderly father. We could not be more happy with Bay Alarm,s service. Sincerely James More
