No problems.

I purchased the Bay Alarm Medical Alert system for my 89 year old father who still lives alone. The product is just what I and he needed. The unit was shipped fast and installation was easy and quick. The response by the monitoring center is excellent. This systems gives me and my father great peace of mind.

I've only had the alarm for 3 months and so far everyone I have spoken with from this company has been very professional. They sound like they really care about me and are happy at their job. Thanks for such great service.

I purchased Bay Alarm for my brother in Florida (I live in North Carolina) and he had a stroke at 4:00 A.M. in the morning but laid in the floor unable to call anyone until 10:00 the next day. He was unable to get the help he needed to reach the hospital in time for stroke medication that could reverse his stroke symptoms. I can't tell you the comfort it is to have Bay Alarm so that he can stay in his home and his own bed without worrying about anyone finding him and getting him to the hospital again. He has called twice and an ambulance has been there to help both times. Thank you Bay Alarm for helping my brother and our family.

I had an account with them for one year and decided not to renew. However due to their auto renewal policy there are charging me for a second year. Even though I have returned their equipment and informed them that I will no longer be needing their services. They have resolved my issue.

I did my research before deciding on Bay Alarm Medical; it was highly recommended. And boy, do I know why now. My mother has had a few falls and even pushed the alert button accidentally once, and every time Bay Alarm has immediately responded and made sure my mother was okay. I'm so thankful for this company.
