So far I have tested the unit and it has worked fine but had trouble with Lanyard. It is too long so I shortened it with adjustment button-then it became too bulky at top of neck and became very uncomfortable to wear. Called Bay Alarm-no help. Went on line to purchase shorter one but no luck. Finally went to tailor who cut it in half-removed bulky area an patched it together-now it is good

Whether it's calling in new credit card info, activating the alarm every month at my fathers home to make sure it's working ok, to waiting for the responder to call back in a quick period of time, everyone has been great. Thank you so much bay alarm medical for your great service.

I would like to feel safe when I am away from home, so was a bit miffed when I found no instructions came with the unit, which admittedly, I have not yet tested.

Seems a little too long in responding when press help button. Responders are always completely kind and caring

I am very happy that I signed up with Bay Medical. For the most part, they have been exceptionally responsive and helpful. There was one incident when the alarm sounded, my parent were contacted and still EMT was called. If my parents respond to the phone call, the established protocol says the incident is over. Why were EMT services called?

I had fallen and could not get up. Bay Alarm contacted 911, and they came and helped me. They were there when I needed them, or I couldn't have gotten up on my own. Thank you!
