After the initial setup I was a bit concerned about how well the device would work. Have not used for any medical issues but did accidentally set it off. The things I was carrying pressed the button and Bay Alert contacted me to make sure everything was okay. Great job Bay Alert! Good to know we can trust the alert system.

If your box quits working while just sitting on your counter, you have to pay them $200 dollars. I have leased this equipment for a couple of years for my mother and it stopped working. I don't know how it could possibly be our fault but they said it is in the contract that you have to pay for the equipment if it quits working. BUYER BEWARE!!! I am going to write a review everywhere I can so that people realize what they do!!!!

PURCHASED FOR A 92 -IT IS SIMPLE TO USE. THE OPERATORS ARE LOUD ENOUGH THAT HEARING IMPAIRED CAN HEAR THEM.FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND TESTED IN EVERY ROOM AND AGAIN WITH THE OPERATOR. SIMPLE TO INSTALL AND REASONABLE PRICE . THAT'S WHAT I WANTED IN THE PRODUCT NO FANCY BELLS AND WHISTLES -EASY AND EFFICIENT.
