The Bay Alarm system was very quick and easy to set up. It works very well and is conveniently placed around the neck as well as on the bedside table. Great system would highly recommend it.

The one con is that the bracelet closure is abrasive and scrapes against my other arm and makes it bleed. This definitely needs improvement!

I have been lucky, since I installed the system I have not need to use it.

Nice to have something nearby that can be relied upon when you are living alone.

Easy and timely service

Had two non functioning machines and a hassle getting problems fixed. Had no service for two months but when I ask for credit had to fight and finally got one month. If I had it to do over again I would go with another company
