Bay Alarm Medical
I would highly recommend this alarm company. I got this for my mom after my father died. They have been GREAT!!!!!!! She has had to push her button 3 times in the last 2 months because she had fallen. EMS came right away and Bay Alarm called me right away. Great service. Customer service has been awesome!

feeling satified
We feel that Mom is much safer at home by herself. She wears the wristband and does not feel it interferes with her everyday routine. I work at a Home Health Agency and your company ranks #1 with us. So when it came time for my Mom to need some assistance at home you were the company we chose, hands down.

Had the wrong address
The company was easy to work with. Unfortunately after my mother passed I went to return the unit and found out that they had the wrong address on her account. t could have been a disaster. Check your addresses.

Lack of notification
My Mother had difficulties with her monitor not being plugged in and I was not called.

I amvery alergic to the necklace that one wears. When wearing it I develop a severe red rash that Is It is very itchy and uncomfortable. What can i use to eliminate this very painfullexperienelndul
a highly uncomfortable rash that is very itchy and most discomfortable. The rash is very hot and is very painful. In the mean time I have switched to the wrist band with the white white faced band.

Hello - We are so sorry to hear about your rash. Though this doesn't usually happen to our customers, some people do have sensitive skin compared to others. While we can't recommend any type of medications or creams to reduce the pain, you might want to try a softer fabric by cutting a small piece and replacing the original string OR many of our customers actually use a sturdy necklace chain. Excellent Customer Service
We called Bay Alarm Medical with many questions and they were professionally and clearly answered by Customer Service Representative Trisha Howshall. Trisha was light years ahead of the former company we used, in terms of quality of service and excellent phone manner. She was clear, friendly, understanding, direct, polite, and caring. We are very happy with our initial dealings with Bay Alarm Medical and are hopeful that the system we will now be using will be just as effective as Trisha was as your Customer Service Representative.
