My dad fell at home and could not get up. He used his medical alert and they went down the caller list until someone was contacted and could get to the house and help Dad.

I have set off the alarm a few times by mistake. They were on the intercom within a minute and quick to inquire as to my situation. Once it was determined it was a false alarm they were very friendly and thanked me for using their product. Being alone during the day it make me feel comfortable.
