I did much research before choosing Bay Alarm Medical. They had fair pricing, no upfront equipment costs and no contract. I can return my equipment and stop service at any time. I am happy with my unit and the alert necklace is small and I don't really know I have it on.

We are new to this company. Our mother is 92 and living on her own for the first time in her life due to the passing of my 95 year old father. We set mom up with the medical alarm in February and have only had a couple times where we have had to talk to tech support and they were very helpful and polite! I have recommended the company to a co-worker who is in a similar situation with his father. Thank you for great service!

I have not used the button I wear around my neck in an emergency. Twice it was pushed by accident. They were very quick to respond with a phone call both times. I appreciate the kindness shown to me . I feel they will answer promptly and take care of the my call when there is an emergency. Thank you, Bay Alarm.

As a fairly new customer of the Bay Alarm, fortunately, I have had no problem that requires any help. The only thing that impressed me, and my family, was how considerate & helpful the people were to get it all set up. They explained everything and took us through it, step by step.

Rated best and there are probably none better but to be improved! We had problems setting it up; customer service was good and we got the unit operating. Lag time after pressing the button mjst seem like an eternity to anyone while in an emergency.

I have only had the experience of having this unit for a short time. My only experience has been in testing it and getting a prompt response. I also had a problem with it getting set off accidentally when my telephone was out of order and there was an alarm. Unfortunately, I was not aware of what I needed to do to stop it until a family member happened to come in and turned it off. I think I might need a little more information on what to do.

Having worked in the alarm industry for many years I know what to look for when choosing a company. Bay Alarm has great customer support, years of experience and I highly recommend them for their electronic security, fire monitoring and medical alert services. I trust Bay Alarm to keep my family safe.
