Overall, satisfied. Took a while to get the unit functional with the wireless service, but after receiving new unit, it's working well

Once the service was established and paid for, "customer service" was a misnomer. It took several calls over several weeks dealing with less than helpful--and occasionally antagonistic-representatives to obtain replacement set-up instructions. What should taken no time or effort at all became an unnecessary aggravation. Limited experience with the actual alert service-via testing-suggests that the service is more responsive and better informed. Time will tell.

accidentally set off neck alert and next thing I knew my neighbors were knocking on door to make sure I was ok.

Even though we used the system for a short time, we were very pleased with the service. We highly recommend it and we are giving 5 stars.
