I had taken a pretty serious fall a few months ago which resulted in some serious injuries for which I'm still in physical therapy but ,doing much better. Works really well inside of house

Mom has fallen 3-4 times a month so I decided to search for alert systems, I am extremely happy with them. Mom has no fallen but what she has done is accidentally hit the button, 21 seconds later a operator has been in the phone, extremely fast, pleasant and is so worth every penny👍🏻

After being diagnosed with a DVT/Bloodclot, I began to seriously explore in home monitoring devices capable of providing an immediate medical response in the event of a medical emergency. With the many devices available from Bay Alarm Medical, I have achieved a level of mindful comfort knowing that I am just a push button away from receiving a live operator who can send an immediate request to Emergency Response personnel, who then can access my home for assistance. I was also impressed by the different devices and monitoring plans available. With Bay Alarm Medical I feel that my emergency dispatch needs are totally met.
