Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't particularly want one but my grown son pushed it. I put it on and honestly have not taken it off. Slips right under any garment. You hardly know it's there. Nice to be able to shower with it on. My biggest bonus is seeing how it freed up my 3 grown children. They are great to help and always available but it has added a new layer of confidence to me and to them. Love it.

My mother recently had a fall but did not have her fall pendant on but was able to push the button. The response was immediate - an ambulance was called then my brothers & I were contacted. We could not have asked for a better response. She was in the hospital for a couple of days but is home & doing well due to such quick action. Thanks,

The unit is for Mom, 84, still on her own with some daily assist. This unit, from the second it was plugged in and tested, has provided a 24/7 guard if you will, for ANY issue that may arise! All she has to do is press a button! Being new to the "role reversal" of elder care (Parent) this unit gives me not only peace of mind, but also a guarantee of instant assist as I am 45mins away. Bottom line, I would strongly advise anyone who is in the same category as myself, make the move, get this unit in and you too will have another level of continuous protection! The best part, the set up of the unit was so simple..it hurt!! :)

The system is easy to setup. The base unit and buttons are always on and everyone we have been in contact with has been wonderful.

I did have to call for help after I had Bay Alarm Medical necklace just a few weeks. My legs gave out & I fell on my bed, on my stomach. But since I just had shoulder surgery I just NOT suppose to use my arms to lift myself up. Bay Alarm was there & so were the EMTs within 10 minutes. I had slipped to the floor by then & one of the EMTs was able to pick me up very gently & put me back on my scooter. I'm so happy that I have my Bay Alarm system, it really works.

This is the second time we are using Bay Alarm Medical. Both of my parents were alive the first time we needed to use their services. During our emergency they were quick to answer, called the emergency services and stayed with us til they got there. Made me feel really safe. For the price of less than a dollar a day, I would recommend their service to anyone which is why we are keeping my mother on the service.
