Recently, the power went out. I had taken my mother to a doctor's appointment, and no sooner returned when Bay Alarm phoned to make sure everything was okay. It demonstrated their monitoring system was working well, and their team was on their "A" game. I appreciated the call. Thanks!

We bought this alert for our Mom. She lives alone and this gives both us a great sense of security knowing she can call for help even when not close to a phone.

Everyone one I've had contact with has been so helpful and pleasant. We've had several false alarms and the Bay Alarm staff have been professional, courteous and efficient.

I'm satisfied with the' at home'features of this system. However since I'm away from home a good deal, the 'round the neck' feature does little.

We have had no problems with Bay Alarm. I originally signed up for a wrist band alarm, but found that being in a wheelchair I was accidentally setting off the alarm. So I switched to the necklace instead. They were very polite about the false alarms. More importantly, they were there when the alarms weren't false and got me help immediately.

The ordering process was simple with no feeling of pressure from the company rep. The equipment arrived in a timely manner. Installation was straightforward with activation on our first attempt. We have only been set up for a few weeks so I cannot report how the responce would be regarding an emergency situation. I do feel confident however that the system would work as advertized. Our only issue was the necklace holding the pendant did come apart as my mother was doing some weeding in the yard.

I have dropped my device that hangs on a cord around my neck several times. Each time it has called for help and the person answering has been so kind and understanding. I am so sorry this has happened, but they have never made me feel I am a bother

I haven't had a real problem only accidentally punched but response is immediate and friendly.
