Couldn't be happier with the ease of installation and the response received when we triggered several accidental calls for help. They were right on the line asking if everything was ok. The peace of mind is priceless!

I tried the GreatCall Lively GPS model and after 5 devices in 2 months I gave up. They just kept dying.The Bay Medical GPS model works. I have had it for 2 months and tested it several times and it works. It doesn't have some features of the GreatCall but what's important is IT WORKS! Customer services has been very help when I call and ask questions.

I called with a question about my father's service, they were able to help me and explain the problem, so now we both know what the problem was (not really a problem) and how we can use the system better.

The pendent they give you is quite large and in my opinion excessively bulky. We had several false alarms. I do not have confidence that it would work in the case of a fall.
