Since my other half has been away much of the time for work I find myself alone most nights. This never bothered me when I was younger but now that I am a senior I felt a bit uncomfortable knowing that there is always that possibility that the unexpected could occur while I am alone. The Bay Alarm Medical was the perfect answer and I can sleep confidently knowing that should a problem arise I can call for help immediately. I hope I never have to use it but it is nice knowing it is there. It also gives me protection when I am outside working in my yard.

The sales agent (Carlos) is excellent in assisting with my questions and issues. With a previous order which had to be cancelled (I had an incompatible VOIP system), the Customer Service department was somewhat less helpful. I appreciated that they informed me that the system had to be returned that day (last of trial period) to avoid being charged. Unfortunately they could not provide me with a RMA (free shipping back). Nor did they inform me that there was a procedure which I should have followed to power down the base unit. I received such an email the next day, which was of course too late, since I had rushed to a shipper to return the system the evening before. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the response by the monitor team exemplified when my mother (for whom this unit vital) placed the fall detect pendent down on a hard surface and triggered a call as she was preparing to be bathed by the home care lady. BTW, with the previous unit, the Tech Support team was very professional and attempted to resolve the issue, which turned out to be a compatibility issue with the VOIPo companies VOIP phone unit. It was very easy to set up. Although I haven't had to use it it does give me and my children peace of mind.

After reviewing many companies for a system for my elderly mother I chose Bay Alarm Medical after finding reviews online. I am very happy with my choice. The set up and testing was a breeze, good customer service and I feel confident about the company.

I have only had Bay Alarm for a short time but so far everyone has been top-notch to deal with on every level. John
