Tripped over blind dog, fell into tub, shower door wall against one side blocking way to pull up, wedged against wall other side could only move fingers, activated alarm around neck, local fire department came in minutes, actually saved my life. Thank you.. Todd VanHyning, Diamondhead, Ms. live alone, would never have been found

Bay alarm medical has been very accommodating when I visit my daughter. We take the equipment with us, change the phone number and address and test it. The staff has always been helpful, friendly & professional.

They are understanding of a senior's limitations; much appreciated by this senior! Both of my children appreciate my extra safety coverage.

It was a fall by my handicap husband taking me down with him that convinced us it was time for a home alert system. Needed help with initial setup and 1 call to customer service had us up and running. Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. We push the alarm once a month to test the system and the response is always fast and friendly. Don't know why we waited so long to sign up.

My mother's system works well and it provides us comfort that help is only seconds away if she needs it. However, their billing process/communication needs improvement. Once they have your credit card number, they don't notify you when they're charging your card and you only find out about it when you review your monthly credit card statement. It would be nice to receive an email from them at the very least, with notice that they'll be charging your card on x date. It's also ridiculous that they want to charge you $30 if you want to pay by check. What about our seniors who don't have a credit card?

We've had to use the alarm service a couple of times and emergency help was alerted quickly. Yes, I would recommend the company. Wish a bracelet was offered in the initial setup.
