This system works perfectly!! So pleased I chose Bay Medical over many other options!!

I just joined Bay Alarm and is completely satisfied with dealing by phone everyone. They were knowledgeable, courteously, and helped me. I am very pleased and would recommend the Company to all those I come in contact with.

Easy to install. I have not used it yet so I can't give you a report. The first time I called them ,They answered right away. Like that.

I had no idea I was having a heart attack, I just knew I felt awful and something was terribly wrong when I pushed the Bay medical alarm. I had cold sweats and my biceps hurt. My family was notified and paramedics arrived in 5 minutes so by the time I got to the Hospital, my son had arrived. I had a complete blockage of the right, ventricular artery and had two stints put in. Once they were in place and opened I felt fine again. After a two day stay in the hospital I am home. Thank heaven for my medical alert button or I might not be here!

The accidental pressing of the alarm is a bit of a nuisance- not sure how one gets around it though. Wish the charm had the ability to have a speaker in it (especially for the accidental pressings) so when away from base station the voice could be heard.
