Very pleased with the response

We haven't had to use the service yet, but the people helping us get it set up were great.

Bay Alarm Medical was very nice to deal with. The equipment came promptly, and set-up was easy. Customer service people are available to answer questions. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is actually an equipment issue. We upgraded to include the automatic fall detection, and that unit is so sensitive that it goes off 3 or 4 times per week. When I take off my pendant, I carefully and gently set the unit down and it still triggers an alarm way too often. Sometimes it triggers just when I go to sit down in my recliner. I wish there was a way to adjust it so that it could tell the difference between a fall and a 1 or 2-ft. change in elevation.

In the last two months we have had to use the service three times. Each time it worked like a charm and the fire department & in the case of one of the times the ambulance arrived quickly. For certain Bay Alarm Medical is a life saver.
