The system is great. It has given me great peace of mind. Thankfully I have not had to call for help. However, just knowing help is available 24/7, I feel very safe.

It's almost impossible to speak to customer service after your own work hours and they don't follow up. I paid for no service for months.

My father pressed his alarm after falling in the shower last week, Nothing happened. He was no more than 15 feet but he couldn't get it. I'll be switching to another company as soon as the contract is up and making sure not to recommend this service to anyone.

Good system. Had no need yet to activate. Pressed Help button once by mistake, and was impressed by instant response. Only complaint: Help buttons did not stay glued to walls and side of cabinets.
