Excellent on alert center response when required. Proximity to base station in order to be heard is problematic in some homes and for some people. Mobile unit is very good although charging isn't the easiest to accomplish to have at the ready. Everything about Bay Alarm Medical is very good to excellent.

Often those of us with chronic conditions don’t like things against our skin. For that reason I can’t wear the wrist band. The necklace was too long and awkward when shortened. I ended up removing the cord from the necklace, inserting a safety pin to pin to my clothing. The service is great even though it seems to take a bit of time to get a response once the button is pushed
