The Bay Alarm Medical "GPS Systems" are fantastic! Customer Service & Tech Support staff members have been wonderful to me! Every single request I've made for assistance & support was quickly and efficiently addressed, with patience and kindness. The HELP Line personnel are fantastic, too! So quick to respond, also. I know I don't have to worry anymore about falling or getting sick, since Bay Alarm HELP Center is instantly contacted by one of my GPS devices. (I have only tested them, no emergencies, yet.) But I know that I am safe and protected now. I would highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical!

I requested the cellular-based unit for my stepmother, who lives alone in another state. One of my siblings helped her set it up. The unit appears to have worked properly, but there have been several false alarms as she accidentally triggered the panic button. Bay Alarm has been very prompt and accurate about making calls when this has happened. My concern is that my stepmother may be reluctant to keep the pendant with her, and thus won't be protected in the event of a real emergency.

We are very happy with Bay Alarm Medical. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I really like the product ,however my family member chose not to use it so ,I sent it back unused . I will keep it in mind if I ever need another one . Thank you

I researched heavily the different medical alert companies and their systems and made phone calls to speak to representatives from my top contenders. While I had never heard of Bay Alarm before my research, I soon learned that they are one of the oldest in the business. Their customer service representatives were the best and they have been extremely helpful in getting my mother set up with her new system. The price, the coverage area, the reliability of the equipment and the response call centers all have left me feeling like I made the best decision possible.
