The representative I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable. She helped me sort through the options and pick out the best fit for my mother's situation. The product arrived promptly and was very easy to set up and use. I chose Bay Alarm because of the automatic fall detection device, the value compared to the competitors, and the ability to cancel any time with no penalty.

The only reservation I have is that on the last fall it took some time for the Bay Alarm operator to come on. Someone from Bay Alarm called my phone before there was a response from the speaker on the console. Also, it would be helpful to know the number of the person calling from Bay Alarm so I could add it to my contacts and be sure to answer when a call comes in.

My mother fell in her driveway the second month she had it. It was during the day and not a lot of neighbors were home. Most people were at work. She is anemic and she lost a good deal of blood from her head. When she fell I don't think she remembered that she was wearing the button around her neck. An ambulance showed up within 10 minutes which could have saved her life. Who knows what would have happened if she kept bleeding and nobody came to her Aid in a quick amount of time. She never did have to press the button, lifeservices was dispatched automatically after a fall was detected with no response from the end user. Thank you very much!

My mother recently had to use your service. She indicated that it took a while for the alarm to be answered. That info may or may not be correct.

Fortunately I have not had an incident where I have used this alert but I feel so much safer and so does my family that I have these deices
