I feel guilty because I cannot live with my mother, and she cannot live with me. I call her everyday. In between calls Bay Alarm assures me that she is not on the floor crying, "I have fallen and I cant get up". Bay Alarm periodically checks to make sure the system is on and working. As soon as I fall the Bay Alert Medical person is right on the call to find out if I need help and they talk to you to see who is there and what the situation is. It is great peace of mind to know that someone will come if I need them right away.

So far I haven't needed to use the service. However, when we were testing it, after installation, the police, fire department and rescue showed up. That tells me the system works.

Everything is great except I didn't get clear instructions on how to use the button on the wrist band. I am not sure about the procedure to follow when the time comes to use the help button, as to whether to hold the button down while communicating or if I only need to press it once. Thank you.

Bay Alarm contacted me when my dad fell and was unable to get up on his own. I told them I was on my way to his house and the Bay Alarm operator very wisely asked if I had someone to help me get him up. When I said no, she offered to call the paramedics I had provided information on. She made the phone call and the paramedics arrived shortly after I did. Thank you Bay Alarm for your calm voice & wisdom.

My mother fell in the bathroom and hit her head. Bay alarm immediately called 911, notified all on the list but the best was the calming voice by the representative on the in home monitor. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
