I have had one heart attack and am a recent widower; meaning I am at risk and much alone. I wear the GPS locator cube around my neck when I'm driving, walking the half mile to get the mail, shoveling snow--anywhere I'm out of touch with a landline phone. I tested the cube once in town, and the responder in the central office said that he located me on the street beside the door of the public library--which was correct!!

I expected a much quicker response time. A miscommunication send notice to my call list, when I thought I had requested EMT'S. If this had been a heart attack or severe bleeding the delay could have been very serious. Also my device kept making beeping and wringing sounds. What did that mean? I also was under the impression calls would be answered by trained medical personnel. That was not the case. All in all, I am very disappointed in the service. How can I cancel my contract?

Ordered nov. 22, don’t have alarm system. Turned in fraud claim because money keeps coming out of my account for nothing. Spent hours on hold trying to contact them. Bad experience!
