I am a new client so I may be judging you wrong. Once when I was down on the floor of my garage I tried t o contact a voice. But beings I did see the green light this worked. January 25, 2018 -- I purchased the Bay Alarm in home system for my mother in mid-December 2017. It seemed to work well when we tested it. We tested it again on January 22nd. It didn't work. Customer Service wasn't able to figure out the problem and even seemed confused about what type of service we have. She told us she'd send a new box and a return label for the malfunctioning unit. In the meanwhile, I'm worrying that my mother will fall and can't alert anyone.

The system came quicker than expected and was easy to set up. I originally ordered the alert necklace, but decided the bracelet would work better for my mom. The exchange was handled quickly and easily. Fortunately, we've only used the buttons for test so far, but each time the response time was good.

I alarm goes off too easily. It is embarrassing to pull down your pants in the ladies room at Costco and have bells ringing
