My review is mostly based on the interaction with the sales representative I spoke with after researching different companies on the internet. All of my questions were answered and my needs for my father were discussed. Enrollment was very easy and we received the alarm system in less than a week. Setup was extremely easy for a landline, which is what I ordered. Testing the base unit for the first time was easy too. The representative addressed my 94 year old father by his first name and also confirmed his street address, and after we informed him that we were only testing for the initial setup, he was happy to help and made sure everything was okay. Pricing is extremely reasonable and I’m very happy with my choice to use Bay Alarm Medical. I hope my father never needs the service, but I feel confident he can call for help now when I’m out of the house.

We have only had our mobile Bay Alarm Medical for two weeks and it looks like it will be much better than the system we replaced. The sound quality from the mobile unit is just like a cell phone. Having GPS on it is very reassuring.

The customer service I received upon my initial inquiry; throughout new customer on-boarding; and during the two telephone conversations i've had with BAM, since becoming a customer {they're courtesy/welcome call to me; my post on-board call to them}, was absolutely WOW and quite IMPRESSIVE!! I will - and already have - recommend BAM, over any other company of this nature!!

I've only been a member for a month but right from the start Bay Alarm has been forthright and honest with me. They've done what they said they would do and have been quick and thorough. I have had no problems at all. I would highly recommend them.

Easy to start up and accidental alerts were handled with patience. So far so good.

When I called, they were extremely helpful and efficient. I received my promised email packet within minutes of hanging up and received my unit within 3 days! The system is great!
