Service is great and equipment came available as so stated. I would recommend this company to other needed persons. which I did.

Inexpensive and simple setup but not compatible with Ooma VOIP.

Easy to set up. Very nice customer service. Exactly what we were looking for at a great price!

System in use for approximately 1 month. Great service center response and patience. Follow through is outstanding. Additional notification after an emergency call are very helpful to family members.

Unfortunately I have yet to set up the alarm because I can't get a connection. Sent first one out and after talking to a tech discovered the wrong type was sent. Received the second one and still can't get a connection. Just received the third one today and will try to hook up tomorrow. Hope that third time is the charm! I must say though that everyone I've talked with have been very nice to work with.

Seems to work well and had very good experience talking with your representatives. Very kind and considerate. Its there if I need help but hopefully I wont need it.

So far so good. Accidentally tripped neck pendant and they called right away to make sure everything was OK.
