We have just begun our "experience" with Bay Alarm Medical. I chose them for my mother because they were listed as #1 by the Better Business Bureau online. So far, so good. I hope our mother will never need to use her alarm, but it gives us peace of mind, knowing that someone is there for her when she needs help!

It was very easy to order and to set up. The Staff was great to talk to and to explain everything to me when I ordered it. The machine is easy to understand no major complicated instructions to follow.. We like it very much. Thanks !!!! Only thing I would change is I would get the necklace instead of the bracelet my mom says that it is uncomfortable to wear.

Installation instructions were good. One of four buttons was not linked. Customer rep walked me through linking process. Tested whole system. Checked my contact phone numbers and lockbox combination against your records. All were correct. Alarm Monitor was pleasant and through. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

1. Delivery of the alarm system came promptly and when expected. 2. Installation was straight forward and simple. 3.Testing was easy and proved that system worked in getting someone to answer and respond. 4. Ultimate test yet to come - when my wife actuates the alarm when I am gone.

This system is easy to set up, attractively fitting into my mothers home. I am amazed at how quickly the Bay Alarm people respond when the system is activated. It really works well.

I did have to call for more info on the mobile unit as the print on the instructions was extremely small even for my daughter to read, and all the pictures were black (I assume because the unit is black) but extremely difficult to understand because of black on black. I would suggest the instructions be put in color to make the different parts more easily identifiable. Customer service was very helpful in walking us through the process with the mobile unit.
