Customer service was really good--stayed with me to determine which system would work best even though they had closed half-hour prior.

Bay Alarm has been very responsive to any and all alerts that they have received from my 93 year old mother, even those that were tests or in error. The ability to wear an alarm 24-7 has made my mother feel more secure in her daily living, especially sine her alarm has the fall detection. It has made her family feel better too. I would absolutely recommend Bay Alarm Medical to any family with an elderly adult who lives independently.

The fall sensor is a bit too sensitive. I was called twice when I sat down on my couch. I’ve taken it off when I’m being a couch potato 😀

your customer service people cleared up a lot of the details for the operations of the GPS system and the lights etc. You literature is very poor and not easy to read and should be more user friendly and readable. if you staff know the answers why don;t you written in a reasonable sized booklet that is easy to \reference and read. Cheers to you live staff and thumbs down to those preparing the user manuals.

I am a new Bay Alarm customer. I have had a bit of trouble at first remembering the medallion around my neck. I cuddled my dog too closely and I pulled a sweaer with a thight neckline over my head without removing the alarm which pressed the button on my medallion. Within a minute or so a nice voice came on to see if I was okay. Now I feel that I have adjusted to wearing it and am glad it's so sensative to my movements. It really is comforting. Customer Service is excellent! I highly recommend Bay Alarm!

Twice in the last two weeks I have accidentally pressed the alarm in my sleep and Bay ALarm called right away. It makes me feel very secure knowing that if i ever do have a real emergency they will be there.

After reading industry reviews for medical alert systems, we decided on Bay Alert Medical for my parents. Reviews have held true to our experience to date. The sales person was helpful, knowledgeable, spent time to answer all our questions and she did not pressure for the sale like other companies. Thankfully, my parents have not had to use the medical alert system yet but, during set up and recommended periodic testing of the system the monitoring station has been prompt to respond. The system is easy to set up, use, and was obtained at a very competitive price.
