We have just activated my mother’s system. We were pleased to receive a fast and pleasant response from the operators.

I haven't had the system for very long but when I did my first test, it went very well. The operator I spoke with talked with me about how I was feeling and asked if I needed anything even though he knew it was a test. He was so warm and welcoming and made me feel safe.

This has been a total disappointment. Billed as "easy; no hassles", etc. -NOT SO!!!!! The "instructions" that came with the apparatus are totally inadequate and frustrating; one or two had no instructions at all. There are so many things they don't explain when talking with you before you buy their service. Additionally, every single time I've had to call using the device (to test it), the quality of the voice responding to my calls has been garbled and extremely difficult to understand. They have been able to correct it each time, but what if my call isn't a "test" and I can barely understand them??? VERY disappointed. In all seriousness, we may return all devices and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Eduardo was great. He walked my mom through all her questions and concerns. Although mom decided this product was not for her, they were prompt in crediting my account.

My friends are so happy that I now have a system that is reliable and so am I. After a fall that left me out for almost 3 days, with no way to contact anyone, I almost lost my life as I had no Bay Alarm. Now I have it and I'm very pleased. THe button even works outside. I can wear it when I shower and I can't think of nicer folks when I tested it. I have faith in this product and tell everyone I know to test it out for themselves.
