SOS micro only works outside, no coverage in den, kitchen, or bathrooms
We purchased a SOS micro with wrist band. It will ONLY work outside! There is no service inside our home. No service in the den, kitchen, or bathrooms! We are within a 1/2 mile the city limits, that shouldn’t be an issue. The only alternative we were offered is to ADD a second device to our plan for use inside the house and the SOS micro for outside. This device should be usable both places not just GPS outside. I chose this company for the device that would work all the time. No longer affordable if we have to pay for two services. AND I had to pay return shipping for a device that did NOT work. I understand if someone changes their mind, doesn't like the look etc. but the device DID NOT WORK and I was still denied a shipping label.
