i ordered earrings for my granddaughter on 12/17/22 took my money right away never got tracking number but i have an order number their phone number is always busy no answer to any of my emails. now i see they say no refunds incredable

Submitted an order on 12/8 and have yet to receive any tracking number nor have I received any response to the numerous emails I've sent requesting for a status update. Clearly a company with unethical business practices taking advantage of consumers by scamming them from their money.

Not the best quality as perceived online, especially for the prices. I would recommend another jewelry retailer.

Ordered 5 necklaces from this company for Christmas presents. Though they were on sale, it was well before Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Two weeks later, these items had not shipped. I contacted the company and asked if I could cancel my order. They said it could not be cancelled because it was “getting ready to ship.” No problem. 26 days after I placed my order, I went to check the tracking. Still had not shipped. I emailed again asking to cancel the order, which they did. I went to the website and saw that they were out of stock on the majority of items that I had ordered. Weird since they were in stock when I ordered them and I deliberately ordered before the big sales to avoid this problem. It seems apparent that they fulfilled orders placed during the bigger sales even though mine was placed first. Now I have a week to find 5 gifts. If they had not lied about my packed “getting ready to ship” initially then the whole mess would have been avoided.

I ordered custom bracelets on October 20th. After weeks of seeing that my order hadn’t shipped, I reached out to the team to see what was going on with my order. I had to follow up several times before finally receiving word that my bracelets would ship on November 28th and that they had issued a partial refund. November 28th hit and I still had not received a tracking number because guess what, my bracelets still hadn’t shipped. I followed up, after a day I still had no answers. The customer service representative issued a full refund (which I demanded and after me having to follow up for nearly a month, it should’ve been issued without my request). I have consistently followed up to try to figure out if 1. I will still even receive this order (that I was looking forward to, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered them in the first place) and 2. A legitimate confirmation that they were shipping, as in a date and time to except their arrival, with a tracking number. This company has thousands of orders a day, I’m confused as to why they can’t seem to get 2 custom bracelets to a customer. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from this site and if you do make sure you do NOT order anything custom. There is 0% chance you’ll receive it and if you do it will be because you’ve had to harass customer service for a month via email and then leave a lengthy terrible review. I would stay away from ordering anything! 0 stars!

Terrible customer service! I accidentally ordered a personalized case for my iphkne pro max. I accident clicked on pro, my fault. But it was almost $100, so I wrote them and asked if there was anything I can do. I wrote multiple times and had no response. Think before buying and look over many times!

Yuck, terrible quality. I ordered a custom name bracelet so it can't be returned, but I ended up wrapping it around a decorative bottle because it's too junky to wear. Such a waste of money, this looks and feels like it came from a cheap tourist gift shop somewhere. Save your money and put it toward quality items somewhere else. This will be my first and last Baublebar purchase.

I decided to try out Baublebar since they have a bunch of cute styles. The quality is quite low for the price, and the sizing is inconsistent. All the rings ordered in my size were too big - I tried ordering a size down, and they were still too big. Both of these orders were returned, but I did not receive a refund. I sent them an email, but got no response. I ended up disputing the charges on my credit card - hoping those will go through.
