This was my first purchase from BaubleBar and I was very excited to receive the rings I ordered. I live in London but was visiting a friend in Palm Springs so I had them delivered there. When I opened the box one of the rings had a missing CZ stone. I emailed the customer service and within 2 minutes Abby replied apologising and offered to send out a replacement. I was so impressed with how lovely and helpful she was. I used to live in the US and I forgot what the customer service was like. This was exceptional. I could not be happier with the service!

Sadly when I received my order, it was damaged. I contacted customer service and was immediately helped. Latasia was fantastic and got a replacement sent out right away. I look forward to more purchases with BaubleBar. Thanks again Latasia

The CS team didn’t hesitate to replace a broken earring. They were quick to response and sent the new item free of charge.

Malachi was great after contacting customer service. I had a small problem with an item I ordered and they remedied it hassle free. Which is essentially all any customer wants out of a company - good products, great customer service and a trustworthy company. I would consider bauble bar all 3!

Bought a ring that didn’t fit (their sizes must be weird because I don’t usually have a problem) returned it. They gave me a “credit” and didn’t mention it expires. So I found something I wanted finally after a couple years and I talked to their customer service and they were like oh it’s expired. And I was like that’s crazy u can just take peoples money. Anyways won’t ever be shopping with them again. Beware!

I made a purchase a few months ago, I wasn't too happy that my product I purchased was broking piece by piece. I ignored that the charm was breaking apart, first one arm, then another arm, then a leg, I was finally mad when the actual charm broke from the chain. I emailed customer service and they replied asap. Spoke with customer service I explained to them what was going on and with customer service not being difficult I was asked if I wanted to get a full refund or exchange. I love my charm so much, I just ask for another charm and without a hassle they sent me a new charm. And the charm that I purchased was almost $80. So hopefully I don't have this problem again with the new charm. But all in all customer service was great. Thank you.
