I received a bracelet that I LOVED! Sadly after just a few weeks part of the bracelet came undone and fell off. I sent a photo of the issue on a Sunday, not expecting a reply. I got one! Then Monday I received another email saying the replacement was processed and should be shipped by XX (they provided a target date). Thank you, Chani, for your help! Wonderful customer service experience despite a faulty product.

I’m honestly really disappointed with BaubleBar. I bought two bracelets thinking I was getting something a little nicer since the price point is higher, but both of them tarnished within a week. Like… a week. For something that’s not exactly cheap, I expected way better quality. The finish faded quickly and they already look worn out, which is frustrating because I barely even used them. At this point, I’ve had better luck with jewelry from Amazon that costs way less and actually holds up longer. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered 3 pieces. Two necklaces and a bracelet with my name. All of the "gold" finish on all of my 6 letters has worn off. For the prices these pieces especially the bracelet should have lasted longer. High price tag low quality jewelry.
