Andrea was so helpful, I dmed the business account about how quickly my pieces tarnished and she was quick to respond!! Great customer service. xx

I already loved Baublebar and the products, but my interaction with Chani further solidified my support of the company. Chani was amazing! She responded right away, was understanding, very apologetic and immediately took action to correct the problem. She was very thorough in explaining the next steps that would take place. Customer care is top notch!

The styles from Baublebar are so cute, trendy and affordable. Ordered my daughter gifts for her birthday and had to return one. Chani handled my return with no problem on the same day I requested it. Thanks for the great service!

Morgan with the BaubleBar was amazing. She handled my matter with a dutiful sense of urgency

Great experience. Had a concern and Jaime was able to explain and take care of my inquiry quickly. I will shop here again!
