BaubleBarReviews of baublebar.com

Love BaubleBar and the representatives. Jamie was great in assisting me with my recent order.

This was my first purchase and it's a beautiful bag charm. My Toy Story alien is encrusted in crystals; very cute. It's well made as well. Definitely not my last purchase.

Devin, Chani and Jamie were very prompt, helpful and friendly by assisting me with my customer service inquiry. Highly recommend.

Andrea wrote immediately and gave me the information I needed about the 4 orders I have and when to expect them

Customer care associate Chani was a huge help in replacing a damaged item. Quick responses, solutions and very kind!

I had a situation where I sent an Oder before it was completed, and didn’t get my free shipping. I immediately sent an email, and JAMIE really helped me out by canceling that order so I could finish it. I love their products, and I appreciate good customer service.

I've been buying Baublebar products for years now and I always love my purchases and experiences. Even recently when an error occurred with an order, Kara not only made sure the correct product was sent to me but she also gave me a consolation gift. Very kind and eager to make sure I was taken care of.

Long time collector of the Disney Bag Charms. Unfortunately, one arrived less than BaubleBar standards. Customer Service responded to me immediately, offered various solutions and locked in a customer for life. Love a company that cares about its customers.
