I went to the CT post mall with my daughter and we seen they had !it's of buy 3 get 3 free, so we each grabbed 3 items to buy and 3 items to get free. When we got up to the register and the girl running g up our orders it was way more then we expected to pay. I called the manager and she told us that they gave us discounts instead because they have to put a price down. I told her that was not fair to scam people like that but using g buy 3 get 3 free when In reality they are NOT free because you pay for them. We are not shopping at that store anymore because of the dishonesty and the lying they do and putting up signs that are false.

The worse company I've ever dealt with. Very poor online service, my order had a missing item and I asked for a refund and never received it even after sending a billion messages !!! Save your money people don’t waste it on this company

WENT IN THE STORE ON 2329 COTTMAN AVE PHILA PA. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR, AS I WAS NOT GREETED OR ASKED WHEN I CAME INTO THE STORE. ANOTHER PERSON WAS GREETED WHO CAME IN RIGHT AFTER ME. SHE WAS GREETED VERY PLEASANTLY, AND ASK IF SHE NEEDED ANY ASSISTANCE. THE STORE ASSOCIATE ONLY HELPED THE AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS, I AM A WHITE WOMEN, AND I WORK IN CUTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THAT STORE AGAIN. I received these bathroom or any room deodorant sprays. I’m very happy with them. I didn’t expect to receive them. In fact, I don’t even remember ordering them. The one I really like is Rose Water & Ivy! Smells great & still subtle! Highly Recommended

DO NOT order anything from Bath & Body Works Asia Australia online. If you want to get what you want go in store. AVOID!!! Don’t waste your money or time with this unprofessional offshore site. This tread won’t let me post pics of the crap I received instead of what I ordered. ZERO customer service. Automated responses with no solutions. Really gives Bath & Body Works a bad name.

Zero stars, the absolute worst company to deal with, waiting on items I ordered on the 3rd December and missing items I ordered in January. The customer service line and email service is a useless service that just keep telling me they are going to escalate it. My items are sitting in the warehouse and they just can't be bothered resending them as they were returned to sender (due to the Couriers Company fault).

I received my items in two separate boxes. The second box had a strong fragrance odor. I noticed two huge spots on the box. Upon opening the box one of the items had completely leaked out of the bottle. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that B&BW is totally a sham? I thought I could upload the picture but for some reason, I am unable to.

The quality of Bath & Body Works hand soaps has been declining slowly over the last few years and even faster since CoViD-19 all while prices have been skyrocketing. The liquid hand soaps have become thinner and thinner and this last time the fragrances are almost undetectable. I have purchased B&BW hand soaps for over twenty years. It's the only hand soap I use in the house and I keep between 80 and 120 bottles in my closet at any given time. They have always been a good value for the price because of their quality but now I'm looking for cheaper alternatives, sadly.
