I ordered something online and trying to cancel and it wouldn't let me cancel right away. Even though it states that it let you cancel. Im upset not sure if this is a way to get people to pay extra to send stuff back. I'm thinking of canceling both orders. I hate the experience. I'm receiving from this site and company. Not first error. I thought I would give them another try. Don't even have a simple cancel button. Make people go the extreme of receiving items and returning them after just ordered them moments ago and not yet shipped. This is bad for business.

It’s better to buy your stuff in store than online I love their fragrances I love their employees in the store very kind

Extremely S L O W shipping!! When it finally does "ship", it might take a week for them to actually get it to the shipper!! It appears they use multiple shippers also, so it's luck of the draw for you I guess. Order something 3 weeks before you need it!! Website says in stock on multiple items but they let you go through the checkout process only to find it's sold out. Go back and look an hour, hours, days later and it still does not show sold out, so for kicks, try to order again (maybe it's back in stock), NOPE, it's still out of stock. I consider it false advertising because there in no excuse to not have a website with accurate information these days!!!! They desperately need to update their website...or maybe they don't because they're purposely doing a bait and switch, it's sold out so maybe you'll order the items not on sale...it's insane!

Looked like someone dumped a shopping bag of items in a box, dropped a sheet of bubble wrap across the top, and shipped it off. Had one hell of a mess! Tops had come off and items were leaking. Not to mention that it arrived weeks later than promised.

I ordered many products last year from Bath and Body Works and everything was great. This year has been totally different. I love one of the holiday season's wallflower scents. I ordered 50 last year and they arrived in molded containers that kept them all easy to store and safe from leaking or damage. This year I received a box of 50 individual wallflower that were just thrown into that box. No containers or padding in the box. Some of the wallflowers were leaking. It is a nasty mess. I don't know how I am supposed to store these leaking glass containers until they are needed. I called and requested the plastic containers for the wallflowers and was told they couldn't help me. The difference between last year and this year is striking. I have made my last order from Bath and Body Works

Worst experience .Ordered during their annual sale body washes worth $70+ including shipping fees of 6.99$ and their shipping partner Lasership after 5 days tracking shipping said "we have lot your package. Contact seller for help" When I called B and Body the agent said wait another 5 days as we filed a claim. Still nothing. Package gone, never received my 13 body washes and finally had to nag them for a refund. So frustrating online ordering experience

THEY ARE LYING TO YOU AND THEY USE INGREDIENTS THAT CAUSE HEADACHES AND CANCER

I placed my order for 12 rooms sprays back in November 2022. It took weeks for my order to be received but that isn’t even the cherry on top of issues I have been having. Upon finally receiving my package I only had 1 of the room sprays of each scent. When I contacted them online. I was asked to send through my package evidence. I uploaded it all but was told I still had to wat and be more patient. I’m done being patient and this stage I am being gaslighted. Every Email you send them bounce as ‘mailer Demon so I called them again and they asked me to send it to their Instagram messages . Well did what they asked that they require. I did that. But again it was and was constant same system generated but every time I returned as it as an I always was mailer demon. I am now to the point of I don’t care if I get my products or not anymore. I have asked to be patient over and over again and also let me not forget how much they gas light me. So to put the extreme this review my advice bath and body works online. Customer service is terrible and going off their accents, they are from a call centre in Indonesian call centre, China or Nigeria. The missing of my products doesn’t matter anymore. I just want my money refunded. Which they seem to be dragging there. Again I still haven’t received all my products and avoid this company with everything you have. AVOIDE BATHANDBODY WORKS online
