Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

Last week, I went to Bath & Body works location at old orchard shopping center suit #J-9 in skokie, the service is wonderful!!! A young lady named Ashley is great!!! she's very patient to every customer, and she's very very friendly to answer all customers' questions! she should get high prise! We appreciate her excellent professional service!

Received my order today and the packaging to protect the products was almost nonexistent. Thankfully nothing was damaged or had ruptured in shipping. Just not use to this type of neglect from Bath and Body Works. They need to look into their shipping department.

I love coming here for their sprays, lotion, and soaps. The sprays and lotion scents last me throughout the day unlike a lot of products from other places.

I am from Greece, I have done an order at 25/07/2023. The shop of bath and body works has shut down without letting as know nothing! One more thing is that I don’t know if I will receive my order or if they will return my money! I hope they respond to me soon about my order! I am very disappointed from them it’s not a professor behaviour for their customers !

I ordered some products in December. The order never arrived tracking said it would be there by January 2. I waited 1 weeks messaged customer service for a refund/replacement…. Simple right? No 3 representatives and 2 hours later I finally got a refund. Today I’m trying to place an order the website will not work. I click place order and it takes me back to the cart I’ve messaged support 2 times both times they do not read my message where I clearly stated I’ve tried different cards different payment options and different devices. Then they say we can’t place an order for you wait 1 hour and try again I’ve been off and on trying 4 hours but they won’t help.

Today while checkingout at the store the app erased all my rewards. I had to call customer service who could see the codes on their end but it took forever to get in touch with a representative. Eventhough i got the codes from the rep they were so long. I was told that they couldn't type them in the register due to the length. Tyler however, made the checkout process so easy. She was kind, patient and knew exactly what to do. She totally understood my situation and did a great job at accommodating me. A big thanks to her for her assistance and doing her best to get me out the store in a timely manner, after my lengthy chat with customer service.

Out of 20 items ordered, only one was shipped! A $4 item and I was charged £7 for shipping. I’d have rather just have the whole order cancelled! To add insult to injury, most of my cancelled items were still in stock on the website! This is just infuriating and clearly demonstrates extremely bad stock management systems.
