Every time I call there’s always something! Most of the customer service agents are rude and not professional and that’s including the supervisors! In the US and over seas agents! People giving me different info!

The Bath & Body Works out East point Mall always never have the product size you want. Either they have the fragrance lotions in a tube form and not the bottle or they have the bottle and not the tube. Lack many fragrance in certain forms.No Greeting when entered. This location is turning out to be very Unprofessional and makes you not want to patronize this location.

I purchased 5 foaming hand soaps. I attempted to "pick up in the store" to save the $7 shipping charges. Out of 5 DIFFERENT stores, not one of them had even 1 bottle of these hand soaps to pick up. I really find this impossible to believe. There is no "pick up in store". This is not the first time that this has happened.

I've been shopping at Bath and Body for many years. Never had an issue with shipping and receiving an order until now. All of a sudden my shipping address isn't complete for Lasership to deliver (UPS and USPS had no issues). Bath and Body Customer Service is no help at all!!! They should call Lasership and confirm the address..not tell the customer to do it.

I made an order on dutch site on 21 july, it never arrived. The site doesnt work,is not possible to send email the closet store is closed. As per their instructions on ig page i have contacted the us customer service, the wrote something then left after few seconds,and if they leave the chat everything close and i cant read the reply. All of this for 3 times, i mean at least give me the time to read your reply. Very disappointed

I like BBW & I used to love them but lately the candles don't smell right, quality control is a big problem, I spent $3,000 there for Christmas & buying several of the same candles, some you can smell & some you can't but I've never had a problem with customer service, if anything this is one of the best customer service I've dealt with, I've never once had a problem on the phone or in the store & tell me another store that will take back your candle if you don't like it! I think they get a bad wrap even though there are problems, they make it easy to fix.

Fed ex delivered an over $600 order to the wrong address and the company is refusing to replace the items, give a refund or even provide me a release so I can file a claim with Fed Ex. Horrible customer service and they have stolen over $600 from me.
