African Americans not welcome
Crystal Lake Illinois. I came here knowing what I wanted. I walked in no greeting but the other people were greeted before me. I walked around for about 10 minutes because I couldn't find what I was looking for. I was workers with bags walking around asking people if they needed help and I was ignore. I immediately knew what it was. I went to register and all Kristin the cashier said was do you have a phone number. I said yes. She said $42 something. I said did my rewards come off nicely. She says oh you have rewards. I said yes and brought the total down. She bagged my items and that was it. I asked for an receipt and she says I sent it to your email. I said no I can't get inside of my email. The manager prints out my receipt. No thank you for shopping with us, no happy holidays, no did you find everything ok. This is the second time that this happened to me. I'm over it and shame in you. I walked out crying, told my husband immediately returned my items for a refund.
