I would give 0 star if there is an option. Do not buy online from this company. They don't give sh** about their customer, just taking order as much as they could. After 7 days placing order, no news from them. Can't contact because phone number listed in website and order confirmation is INCORRECT. Unanswered email. I have to go to shop front to get the number. Customer service was really unhelpful. Not refunding my purchase when I already repurchased it from front shop due to thinking it's scammed purchase. Worst online experience!!!!!

I placed an online order for multiple items for pickup at the store. One of my items was cancelled by the store because they didn't have the item at the time my order was processed, but it was available in the store at the time I placed the order. I was still charged the original amount of the order on my card and not the amount less the cancelled item. I contacted Bath & Body Works online through the chat. It was researched and I was advised that I would receive an email in 24 hours of my refund of $21.40. I didn't receive the email confirmation of my refund. I waited a couple of days and checked my bank account. No refund. I contacted Bath & Body works again. I was advised that I have been refunded and to check with my bank. Still no refund nor a confirmation of the refund. I would advise not to order online. I discussed the missing item at check out with the store when picking up my items and they confirmed that an item was cancelled, but I was still charged the original amount. Poor customer service in the store and do NOT order online or you will be charged the original order amount if an item is cancelled.

My experience with Bath And Body Works this time was horrible. I’m not able to order any of my candles. If you’re having a big sale, you should have the amount that you’re gonna have a large amount if I order other candles, and I want to return them for the normal candles that I wanted in the first place, I can’t do that I’m gonna have to pay for order or price, I’m very unhappy with Bath And Body Works. I think you guys suck.

If I could give .5 star rating I would for their customer service. Everytime I go in the store to purchase the app does not work. And the clerks ALWAYS TRY TO help but end up telling ne to call their customer service. I sigh everytime. It really would help if when I call in select US I get someone that speaks clear English. I'm all for anyone working but I called several times about same issues with their app and no success or resolution. I'm told 1 thing and nothing happens after 48 72 hrs B&B folks spend WAY TO MUCH MONEY at your stores for you not too have better customer service These issues should not linger on and on. Please bring on some individuals that clearly speak English and if person request to speak with them it should be allowed.

Online ordering is atrocious even when it isn't candle day. The website is terrible and takes forever to load. Today I've been trying to access my cart (not shop, mind you, I preloaded my cart). I've been trying for the past 2 hours. The system glitches and only shows a blank page when my "turn" comes. Don't you have an IT department that could set this checkout page up differently? I never have this much trouble on other websites. It's ridiculous.

A simple order of 6 items took 44.5 minutes with a female unable to speak English. Everytime I say "what did you say" she would mute phone then come back to repeat herself. Near the end she was saying I'll have to place order on my own because she couldn't see credit card. I had verification from them both, online plus an email. At the end it was so painful I exclaimed I'll buy something else as a gift!

So disappointed with the new Palo Santo and Sage candle 🤬🤬🤬 absolutely THROW!! you have to be right on it to get any scent.

Only 1 star because I cannot do less. Had a problem placing an order after almost 2 hours customer service finally answered the call. She would not listen to me just said the same thing over and over again. Put me on hold numerous times. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor or manager. She would place me on hold and repeat exactly what she previously told me. Never placed the order no solution. Never deal with this company again.
